HOA DUES
2024 semi-annual dues are$400 per half year.
COVID-19
Until further notice, all in-person board meetings, committee meetings and non-essential resident gatherings are canceled.
The Board encourages residents to be vigilant during these times and follow the CDC recommendations.
All Board of Directors Meetings to be held on the last Tuesday of the month at the Jacaranda Library, 4143 Woodmere Park Blvd., unless otherwise stated.
